Associate Pastor

I was born and raised in Durham, NC. I have been married to my best friend, Charity, since 2008. We have four precious girls, Elise, Nora, Sadie and Millie. I attended college at Appalachian State University and graduated with a degree in Business Management. After college I enrolled in Southeastern Baptist Seminary where I went on to graduate with a Masters of Divinity in Advanced Biblical Studies. I love God, my family, and the church.

While in Seminary I worked at Ridgecrest Baptist Church as the Director of Student Ministry. In 2011 Charity and I served as church planters with the International Mission Board in Bratislava, Slovakia returning in 2014 to begin working as the Student Pastor at Crosslink Community Church. In 2018, I helped lead a team of people out from Crosslink to plant Mebane Bible Church where I served as one of the Pastors until the summer of 2023. Now, I am serving at Ridgecrest as the Associate Pastor. My family and I are here to serve the community of believers by encouraging them to be active followers of Jesus Christ and making much of God in all that they do. We will strive to raise leaders who will serve the church both now and in the future, and we will be intentional in how we live our lives as part of the kingdom of God in our local communities. 

For fun, I love hanging out with my family and making memories with them. We love playing games, going on hikes, watching movies and going on trips together. I also like reading Fiction books as well as Historical Documentaries. Some of the theologians that have influenced my life are Calvin, Luther, Zwingli, Piper, Frame and Hus.
