Connect to Our Neighbors

Consider Going. Consider Giving. Always Be Praying.

Fifty-Nine percent of the world's population (4.6 billion people) are considered unreached. They are people who have little to no access to the gospel. We believe that God has called us to go and reach the lost world with the saving message of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We do this through local, national, and international partnerships.

From the neighborhoods to the nations, we exist to fulfill the Great Commission.”

Consider Going to the Neighborhoods

The easiest way to serve our neighborhoods is to join Serve NC every year. Click the button below to learn more about it and how you can serve. To learn more about our other local Mission partners, such as; Durham Rescue Mission, Pregnancy Support Services, Rise Against Hunger, Converting Hearts, Operation Christmas Child, etc. click the button below.

Consider Going Away From Home… to the Nations

Each year we send out teams to go from home to partner with church planters and mission organizations, both foreign and domestic, to serve the poor, equip the saints, and advance the gospel. Some of the agencies we partner with are; NC Baptists On Mission, NAMB, IMB, Send Cities, Yates Baptist Association, and Eurasiapartners.

For Disaster Relief, see the section below.

Consider Going and do Disaster Relief

We regularly partner with NC Baptist on Mission to do disaster relief in New Bern, NC. Teams do various levels of home repair, and there is always something to do for anybody who wants to serve. The next trip is March 31st-April 4th, 2025.

Consider Giving

When you are giving to Ridgecrest, you already give to missions, but some people are capable of giving above and beyond their normal giving. If you are that person then please consider giving more to Missions. Consider this too. Maybe you want to go but are unable to do so. How about helping pay for someone else to go in your place, especially one who can’t afford to pay for themself?

Always Be Praying

Jesus says, "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send laborers into his harvest." -Matthew 9:37-38
